Wat zal je doen bij Agristo?

  • Je stelt op basis van de productieplanning een optimale aardappelaanvoer- planning op voor onze productiesites en stuurt die dagelijks bij waar nodig. Voor de opgestelde transportplanning ben je ook het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen (zoals telers, transporteurs).
  • Je beslist over de externe afroepen van aardappelen bij diverse toeleveranciers en zorgt hierbij voor een efficiënte transporttoewijzing. Hierbij ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt tussen leverancier/transporteur/productiesite en zorg je voor een vlotte communicatie.
  • Je bent het centraal aanspreekpunt voor de aardappelaanvoer en zorgt door overleg met de verschillende stakeholders (productieplanners, ploegchefs, aardappelontvangst,…) dat er optimaal geschakeld kan worden in de dagdagelijks planning van de aanvoer/voorraadbeheer.
  • Je beheert de verschillende processen in ons ERP-systeem SAP.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking van de aanleveringen die je zelf beheert. (Dit kan tot 50% van je tijd in beslag nemen).
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Agro Service manager.

Hier herken jij jezelf in:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master diploma.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een eerste ervaring binnen logistiek of transportplanning.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Excel , kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent een teamplayer maar kan je evengoed zelfstandig uit de slag trekken.
  • Je kan je perfect vinden in volgende 3 termen: flexibel, kritisch en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en jouw enthousiasme maakt van jou een aangename collega.
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent bestand tegen een gezonde dosis stress.
  • Daarnaast neem je graag initiatieven in het kader van verbeterprojecten en ben je hands-on ingesteld.
