Our client in the insurance sector is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join their Dutch speaking team in the south of Brussels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a variety of HR activities, from welcoming and integrating new arrivals into various systems, deploying training actions, managing payroll, providing HR support to employees and managers (Dutch speaking), supporting recruitment actions, to managing and monitoring the automobile fleet.
Your tasks as HR Business Partner:
- Welcome and integrate new arrivals into various systems
- Deploy training actions for new and existing employees
- Manage payroll elements executed by an external social secretariat
- Serve as an HR relay for employees and managers
- Support recruitment actions
- Manage and monitor the automobile fleet
Your profile as HR Business Partner:
- Proven experience in Human Resources
- Fluency in Dutch
- Experience in onboarding new employees
- Knowledge of payroll management
- Ability to support recruitment processes
- Experience in fleet management
