Ons ICT-team speelt een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van onze activiteiten en het stimuleren van innovatie.
Dit zoeken weAls HR Business Partner voor het ICT-departement ben je een strategische partner voor het management en de medewerkers van het ICT-team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-strategieën en -initiatieven die bijdragen aan de groei en ontwikkeling van het departement. Je werkt nauw samen met de ICT-leiders om de HR-behoeften te begrijpen en te ondersteunen, en je fungeert als een trusted partner op het gebied van HR-aangelegenheden.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-strategieën en -programma's die aansluiten bij de doelstellingen van het ICT-departement en de organisatie als geheel.
- Adviseren en ondersteunen van het management en de medewerkers op het gebied van talentmanagement, arbeidsrelaties en andere HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen.
- Coördineren van de volledige employee journey voor het ICT team, inclusief instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van medewerkers.
- Fungeren als een bron van expertise op het gebied van HR-beleid en -praktijken, en proactief bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van de HR-functie.
Jouw profiel:
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Human Resources Management of een gerelateerd vakgebied, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een HR-functie, bij voorkeur met een focus op business partnering.
- Je hebt ervaring in de gezondheidszorgsector en/of de ICT-sector is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatie- en adviesvaardigheden, met het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden op alle niveaus van de organisatie.
- Je hebt sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, met het vermogen om gegevens te gebruiken om besluitvorming te ondersteunen.
- Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd effectief samen te werken in een teamomgeving.
