Over LODA
LODA is een toonaangevend Belgisch bedrijf in reinigings- en onderhoudsproducten. Met bijna een eeuw ervaring blijven ze innoveren en groeien. Recent zijn ze gestart met de bouw van een nieuwe productiefaciliteit en verkennen we uitbreidingen in buurlanden. Hun focus ligt op duurzaamheid, kwaliteit en veiligheid – en daar speel jij een sleutelrol in.
Jouw rol
Als Supply Chain Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiken en behouden van de optimale balans tussen productbeschikbaarheid, werkkapitaal, en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Je leidt het volledige proces van forecasting tot magazijnbeheer. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Planning: Optimaliseren van de productieplanning om kosten te minimaliseren en efficiëntie te maximaliseren.
- Voorraadbeheer: Grondstoffen, materialen, en afgewerkte producten beheren om een vlotte productie te garanderen.
- ERP en data-analyse: Business Central implementeren en optimaliseren, rapporteren via Power BI, en zorgen voor betrouwbare masterdata.
- Teammanagement: Leidinggeven aan een team van 10 magazijniers.
Je bent gebaseerd in Beerse en rapporteert aan de CEO.
Wat ik zoek
Jij bent iemand die graag je mouwen opstroopt, maar ook strategisch denkt. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in forecasting, productieplanning en voorraadbeheer.
- Sterke vaardigheden in Excel en affiniteit met AI.
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen en data-analyse via Power BI.
- Hands-on en pragmatisch ingesteld, met een focus op samenwerking.

Je inzet, initiatief en brede kijk op de functie hebben een directe impact op het succes van ons bedrijf.
Zelfstandigheid en flexibiliteit zijn daarbij essentieel, net zoals de bereidheid om nieuwe kennis te vergaren en te groeien met het bedrijf. En over groei gesproken: LODA heeft ambitieuze plannen om uit te breiden in de buurlanden. In deze rol kun je daar een belangrijk deel van uitmaken.
