Lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for a fast-growing, international FMCG company.You will take ownership of the supply chain across the Benelux region, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and high-quality delivery. The role involves overseeing production planning, inventory management, and logistics while driving continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build scalable and resilient processes.Design and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations.Manage inventory, production planning, and distribution logistics.Supervise warehouse operations and support the operations team.Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance process efficiency.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.What we expect from you:3+ years of experience in FMCG or food & beverage supply chain management.Hands-on experience in production environments and operational logistics.Proficiency in Odoo or similar ERP systems.Fluent in Dutch AND EnglishWhat you can expect from us:TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to its clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges.
