Onboarding Trainer Assistant Location: Brussels, Belgium Contract: 12 months (with potential for extension) Job Summary Our client is seeking a proactive, communicative Onboarding Trainer Assistant to support the onboarding of their users. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and delivering onboarding training sessions, developing user documentation, and contributing to the successful implementation of our client's communication and onboarding strategy. Key Responsibilities Training Preparation & Delivery Design and deliver engaging onboarding training using PowerPoint and other digital tools. Review and refine materials provided by the IT Unit. Facilitate live training sessions, both online and in person. Content Development & Management Support the updating and maintenance of user guides and onboarding documentation. Review and improve training materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with our client's standards. Manage and update onboarding content hosted on SharePoint. Communication & Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding-related questions. Collaborate with various teams involved in your sector to ensure effective communication and smooth implementation of the onboarding and communication strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher). Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint. Ability to draft and revise clear, user-friendly documentation. Solid technical understanding of IT systems and applications Experience as a Business Analyst or in IT-related roles, particularly in support of technical onboarding processes. Familiarity with video presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Stream, Camtasia, or similar). Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
