We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our international team in Ghent, Belgium. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance between working on-site (2 days per week) and remotely (3 days per week). In this role, you will assist customers, dealers, and business partners by providing top-tier support and solutions. Whether you have prior customer service experience or are looking to begin a new journey in this field, this role is an excellent fit for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering guidance and support regarding automotive products and services.
  • Provide technical assistance and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and service-related issues.
  • Work closely with dealers and business partners to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify and report common customer issues, contributing to process improvements.
  • Follow company policies and compliance guidelines to maintain high service standards.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Fluency in Polish and Russian (C1 or native level).
  • Good English skills (B2 level or higher) for internal communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for customer service and automotive products.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work setup.
  • Prior experience in customer support or the automotive industry is a plus but not required – full training provided
