Pour soutenir son développement et sa croissance continue, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Site Manager . Description de fonction Pour des chantiers situés dans les régions du Brabant Wallon, de Bruxelles, du Brabant Wallon et d'Anvers , vos tâches et responsabilités générales seront notamment les suivantes : En collaboration avec les Project Managers et le Principal Site Manager : • Réaliser la préparation, l’approvisionnement et le suivi opérationnel des chantiers (1 à 5 chantiers selon les niveaux de complexité)• Assurer le suivi des coûts et la conformité des livraisons • Optimiser les plannings des équipes • Veillez à la bonne communication entre les partenaires (clients, architectes, bureaux d'étude, maîtres d'ouvrage). Par une gestion efficace et qualitative de votre équipe : • Assurer l’implémentation des exigences santé, sécurité et environnement • Concrétiser les exigences clients et les procédures qualité • Veiller au respect des délais d’exécution En collaboration avec les départements Health, Safety & Environment, Qualité, People et Maintenance : • Etre un relai d’information pour vos équipes, notamment en matière de procédures internes • Participer à la formation et à l’évaluation de vos équipes • Promouvoir les valeurs de l’entreprise, notamment en termes de respect • Maintenir un haut niveau de propreté et d’opérabilité des équipements Profil • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d’études supérieures en Construction • Vous témoignez d’une expérience significative (3 ans minimum) dans un poste similaire • Vous êtes un organisateur-né, avec le sens de l’initiative et des responsabilités • Excellent people manager, vous êtes orienté sécurité, qualité et résultats • Vous maîtrisez la suite Office et êtes à l’aise avec les outils IT de manière générale • Vous êtes bilingue français-néerlandais • Vous faites preuve de flexibilité Offre • Un contrat à durée indéterminée dans une ambiance de travail agréable et stimulante • Une formation approfondie et continue et l’opportunité de vous développer au sein d’un groupe international reconnu • Un niveau salarial à discuter en fonction de votre profil et de votre niveau d’expérience • Un véhicule de société avec carte carburant • Des frais forfaitaires • Des chèques-repas • Une assurance-groupe • Une assurance hospitalisation et dentaire • Un plan-bonus • 12 jours de congés compensatoires en plus des 20 jours légaux
