About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Digital Workplace Change Manager to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving successful digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure seamless adoption of new digital workplace technologies, minimize resistance, and maximize engagement across the organization.This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of how people work, enabling a more connected, productive, and modern digital environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement tailored change management strategies and plans for multiple digital workplace projects.Conduct impact assessments to understand the implications of changes on employees, processes, and systems.Create and execute targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation journey.Identify and mitigate resistance to change, building consensus and securing support across all levels.Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to act as effective change sponsors.Design and deliver engaging training programs specific to new digital tools and ways of working.Monitor project effectiveness and adjust change and rollout plans as needed to ensure success.Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital workplace change management.Your Profile:Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in Change Management, preferably with exposure to digital workplace, IT, or technology adoption projects.Knowledge: Solid understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and best practices. Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies is a plus.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.Strong analytical skills to assess project impacts and define mitigation strategies.Ability to design and deliver effective training and support materials.Flexible, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Certification: A change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is advantageous.Languages: Professional proficiency in English is required; additional local language skills (Dutch/French) are a strong plus.Logistics: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Belgium. The role offers a hybrid setup based in Brussels, with occasional full-time onsite presence required for key project phases.
