Position: Digital Project Manager - Integrated Strategic Evidence Generation (ISEG)Location: Brussels, Anderlecht, BelgiumClient: PharmaceuticalType - FTE: 11 months contract - full-timeMain ResponsibilitiesLead digital initiatives within ISEG to modernize collaboration and proposal management platformsReview, migrate, and relaunch SharePoint (Classic to Modern), including governance, content strategy, and user adoptionEnhance the ISEG Proposal Review platform (UX, workflows, dashboards, automation, and QA standards)Design and implement a digital post-hoc proposal platform, from requirements and MVP to global rolloutCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure compliance with data governance and quality standardsDrive change management through training, communication, and onboarding materialsMain RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Digital Technology, Business, or related fieldProven experience in digital project management (healthcare, pharma, or evidence generation preferred)Strong expertise in SharePoint modernization, workflow automation, and digital platformsExperience with proposal or submission management systems and dashboard reportingExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization capabilitiesABOUT PLANET PHARMAPlanet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
