Au sein du Direction Finance, l'activité du Département 'Strategic Planning and Performance management (SPPM)' couvre les différents aspects du suivi de la performance et du contrôle de gestion. Cette activité comporte notamment l'élaboration des budgets et plans stratégiques, l'explication et le suivi des différents indicateurs de performance.
Nous voulons y renforcer l'équipe de Management Accounting, Reporting & Control (MARCo) qui occupe une place centrale dans ce dispositif avec un profil Financial Control Analyst. Cette équipe est en charge entre autres de la création de la comptabilité analytique, de sa validation et de sa publication périodique ainsi que de la modélisation et de la traduction de la stratégie en plans financiers.
Afin de remplir efficacement ses missions, MARCo s'appuie principalement sur un outil spécifique de 'end-user computing' (l'outil cloud based Anaplan).
Notre nouveau collègue aura des responsabilités diverses et pourra acquérir des compétences:
- Opérationnelles: lors de la génération mensuelle des reportings de gestion, la production, le contrôle et la diffusion de l'information de gestion.
- Conceptuelles: dans lesquelles il exercera une fonction d'analyste de besoins et participera à la conception, réalisation, mise à disposition et suivi des nouveaux outils de contrôle de gestion.
Pour cette fonction, un background en contrôle de gestion est nécessaire. De l'expérience en contrôle de gestion ou une connaissance de produits bancaires est également souhaitée, ainsi qu'un attrait pour les modélisations via un outil au sein d'un écosystème établi, et la volonté de se développer dans ce domaine.
Avoir une expérience en tant que business analyst est intéressant également – de préférence dans le milieu bancaire ou dans un domaine financier – et la volonté d'entamer un trajet d'apprentissage de la comptabilité de gestion et du contrôle de gestion financier.
Être en possession d'un master (ou équivalent par expérience) est une condition préalable, de préférence dans une orientation économique ou analytique, accompagné d'une affinité établie avec les chiffres.
La maîtrise d'une des deux langues nationales, néerlandais (NL) ou français (FR), est indispensable, accompagnée d'une connaissance passive de l'autre langue. Un excellent niveau d'anglais est également indispensable pour bien fonctionner au sein d'une équipe multilingue.
Démontrer un esprit analytique, savoir structurer les demandes, établir des liens entre les concepts et les convertir en informations utiles sont des qualités essentielles pour ce rôle.
Faire preuve d'initiative, d'autonomie et d'anticipation des besoins sont également des atouts majeurs.
