The role requires an ongoing engagement, based on demand and scheduling.Professional Responsibilities:Deliver face-to-face and potentially, virtual high-quality training material that meets appropriate standards for a variety of intended audiences at different experience levels by applying tested instructional design theory, practice and methods.· Contribute to a team, to up skill and lead technical content development.· Analyze existing source content and produce smart modification to add value to content.· Deliver and participate in Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions.Job Requirements:· Proven experience in technical writing, such as software documentation, along with excellent written skills in English.· Should be a good motivator, with lot of energy and enthusiasm with a proven ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team.· Ability to deliver to target groups of product users high quality, core training material by paying attention to precise detail and individual student needs.· Should be able to adapt and develop quick understanding to the technological changes and make them easily understandable to an audience via text and pictures.· Should be able to manage a learning group effectively and increase the productivity.· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
