Job Title: Digital Workplace Leader We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee our digital workplace team. As a key member of the group, you will be responsible for defining service line goals and sharing priorities with teams. You'll also translate strategy into actionable plans and drive the delivery of workplace and identity as a product with security and user experience by design. Main Responsibilities: You'll define business outcomes and share objectives with cross-functional teams You'll develop strategic roadmaps and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery You'll deliver a seamless employee experience through secure and intuitive access to tools and applications You'll support business leaders in making informed decisions and implement effective strategies Skill Requirements: Proven experience leading a multidisciplinary team (5–10 years) Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and best practices Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, External Identities, Microsoft 365 Services, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication About this Role: This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital workplace and drive business success.
