Testcoördinator voor Implementatie HR-Systeem Voor een groot project bij onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Testcoördinator om ondersteuning te bieden bij de implementatie van een nieuw tijdregistratie- en payrollsysteem. Het betreft een parttime consultancy-opdracht (2-2,5 dagen per week op locatie) van februari tot het einde van het jaar. Achtergrond van het project Dit project richt zich op de overgang van een bestaand systeem naar een externe oplossing voor tijdregistratie en payrollbeheer. Het doel is om toekomstbestendig te worden, externe expertise en moderne digitale tools te benutten, en HR-processen efficiënter en meer geautomatiseerd in te richten. Succesfactoren: Nauwkeurige en efficiënte verwerking van tijdregistratie en payroll. Verbeterde gebruikerservaring voor medewerkers en managers. Een modern en betrouwbaar HR-systeem dat voldoet aan privacy- en IT-beveiligingsnormen. Verantwoordelijkheden Als Testcoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en beheren van testactiviteiten. Je fungeert als de schakel tussen testers, het projectteam en de organisatie. Je coacht het testteam, ondersteunt hen, analyseert resultaten en zorgt dat de implementatie succesvol verloopt. Belangrijkste taken: Testplanning en strategie: Ontwikkelen en documenteren van een testplan en -strategie. Definiëren van testcases en prioriteren van testactiviteiten. Coördinatie van testuitvoering: Begeleiden van alle testfases (unit, integratie, UAT). Samenwerken met functionele teams, eindgebruikers en technische teams. Monitoren en rapporteren van voortgang, risico's en problemen. Defectmanagement: Registreren, documenteren en opvolgen van defecten tot oplossing. Samenwerken met ontwikkelaars en leveranciers om issues te verhelpen. Communicatie met stakeholders: Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor alle testgerelateerde communicatie. Regelmatig updates geven aan projectstakeholders. Kwaliteitsborging: Zorgen dat testresultaten voldoen aan kwaliteitsnormen. Coachen van het testteam en procesverbeteringen voorstellen. Vereiste vaardigheden en kwalificaties Kerncompetenties: Testexpertise: Aantoonbare ervaring in functioneel testen en testcoördinatie. Technische vaardigheden: Ervaring met HR-implementatieprojecten en testtools is een plus. Organisatorische vaardigheden: In staat om meerdere teststromen gelijktijdig te coördineren. Analytisch vermogen: Sterk in het identificeren en oplossen van risico's en problemen. Taalvaardigheid: Vloeiend in het Nederlands (spreken en schrijven), goede kennis van Engels is een pré. Soft skills: Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden. Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en stressbestendigheid. Gewenste ervaring: Ervaring als Testcoördinator in HR-systeemimplementatieprojecten. Kennis van Agile- of hybride projectmethodologieën. Details: Duur: Februari 2025 – December...
