Practical points: · Title: Account Manager - Print & POS /PLV (not sales with new clients, but relationship management with existing clients)· Location & Flexibility: Hybrid with 1 or 2 visits to Brussels, Belgium region (not city centre)· Level: based on experience but guideline 50 000 - 55 000 Euros gross fixed per annum + some bonus + extras Technical expertise in: 2D/3D POS (cardboard/ corrugated mainly) & Print production and/or buying/procurement. Any other in-store marketing & promotional items/gadgets/gifts experience very welcome too Expertise in FMCG/Retail/Healthcare/Pharma (mass market) sectors /verticals/markets all a plus Strong project manager profile but with human and commercial skills to grow relationships A coordinator /organisation profile will match very well too - especially with links of production and buying/procurement Passionate about sustainability/ecology a real plus (focus: LCA, biodegradable materials, carbon neutral printing etc) Local language skills (French main one) and English skills equally important (as is an international company) Sharing desire and philosophy to compete on quality, not just price – very important What is offered in return: Join a fast-growing company (doubled in size in the last 3-4 years and plans to continue their growth trajectory) Share key values of people first and to be part of a sincere, transparent firm culture Compete on sustainability/ecology, quality, innovative concepts and ideas and not just price Manage relationships and projects with and for Fortune 500 level international brands and be part of international team Join a firm who work with specialists and value specialists (in this case a Print and POS cardboard/corrugated specialist).
