Title - System Engineer Language - Dutch or French, English Location - Rue evers , 2-8 - 1000 BRUXELLES Duration - 12 months Workplace type - Hybrid Experience - 5+ years Job Description: As an Azure Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Azure cloud solutions. You will provide support for complex incidents and requests. You will act as a technical expert on Azure services and solutions and provide guidance to internal or external staff to ensure the smooth running of their projects. You will report to the Service Desk Manager and work closely with other team members to ensure optimal service delivery. Description and responsibilities: Implement scalable, reliable, and secure Azure infrastructure solutions. Manage and maintain Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, databases, etc. Perform migrations to Azure from on-premises infrastructures and/or other cloud platforms. Automate tasks and processes using tools such as Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Description and responsibilities: Implement scalable, reliable, and secure Azure infrastructure solutions. Manage and maintain Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, databases, etc. Perform migrations to Azure from on-premises infrastructures and/or other cloud platforms. Monitor the performance, availability, and costs of Azure resources and implement optimization strategies. Collaborate with development and operational teams to define and implement best practices for Azure environments. Resolve technical issues and provide support for incidents related to Azure services. Competencies: Thinks innovatively and contributes creative and innovative ideas. Makes decisions based on (in)complete information and takes targeted actions to implement these decisions. Provides advice to your contacts and builds a relationship of trust with them, based on your expertise. Demonstrates the commitment, drive, and ambition to achieve results and takes responsibility for the correctness of actions taken. Serves as a role model for others and supports and guides internal employees in their daily work. Stays abreast of recent developments in the field to be able to respond to innovations based on the objectives and provide updated information.
