- Modeling and documenting support process for the Backend team

- Regular communication with Backend support team (1 Dev and 1 QA)

- Establishing and reporting of Support KPIs according to our practices (learn best practices from other teams - apply for Backend). All reports based on tools and automated.

- Assist with organising of investigation of customers issues (help on work priority and reflect the completed work)

- Arranging Issues Backlog Management (Maintain and prioritize the list of customers issues, and control that team following established rules for managing incidents)

- Participate and represent Backend team on the daily meetings with Customers Support team

- Quality assurance (work with teams to collect data and ensure preventing recurrence of issues based on data)

- Training materials and documentation to ensure high level of support for new features and product

Qualifications:
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Process Modeling and workflow analysis
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and critical thinking
  • Data analysis and visualization skills
  • Proficiency in O365 (Teams, Sharepoint, ...) and Atlassian suite (Jira Cloud, Confluence, ...)
  • Fluent in English
  • Being able to work in Brussels
  • Background as a Team lead
