  ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Be Doing:Cash Management
  • Monitor and manage cash inflows and outflows to ensure liquidity.
  • Oversee short-term liquidity and operational funding needs.
  • Manage external group funding, including SFA, shareholder loans, and bilateral lines.
  • Handle payment processing, collections, and bank reconciliations.
  • Administer the Factoring Program and the Intercompany Loan Portfolio.
  • Manage bank guarantee lines and operational banking relationships.
  Financial Reporting And Compliance
  • Prepare accurate and timely cash activity reports, including cash flow forecasts and liquidity positions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accounting, and internal policy requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analyses.
  • Assist with compliance reporting for SFA, rating agencies, shareholders, and lenders.
  Process Improvement And Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to enhance cash management processes and implement best practices.
  • Leverage technology and automation to streamline workflows and strengthen control environments.
  • Drive efficiency improvements to reduce manual efforts and optimize operations.
  Stakeholder And Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary contact for corporate finance houses, identifying and fostering opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal treasury and cash management teams across countries.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with banks and financial institutions.

This comprehensive role ensures the financial stability, compliance, and operational efficiency of the organization while contributing to its strategic objectives.

QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For:The Successful Candidate Should Demonstrate The Following

• Knowledge:
  • Expertise in cash and liquidity management, including forecasting and cash pooling mechanisms.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, financial risk management (interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit risk), and corporate finance principles.
  • Solid grasp of financial accounting, reporting standards (IFRS), and compliance requirements.
• Skills:
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present financial data and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align financial plans with organizational goals.
  • Technical proficiency in cash management systems, financial modelling, Excel, and other relevant financial software (e.g., Oracle EBS, HFM).
  • Adept at managing banking relationships and negotiating terms, fees, and services.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with a collaborative, people-centric approach.
• Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in group treasury or cash management roles.
  • Proven experience in cash flow forecasting, cash centralization, and managing factoring programs.
  • Operational experience with external debt facilities (SFA, shareholder loans, bilateral lines) and bank guarantees.
  • Functional lead or super-user expertise in treasury management systems and cash flow forecasting software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Education:
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced qualifications such as RT (Registered Treasurer) or CFA certification are a significant advantage.
