Ze bieden een brede dienstverlening aan met als doel hun klanten te ondersteunen op hun weg naar groei. Binnen het finance team kijken ze uit naar een Junior Financial & Business Controller om hun groei waar te maken. Je werkt zowel voornamelijk vanuit het kantoor in Brussel, en bent flexibel om je af en toe te verplaatsen naar Antwerpen. Daarnaast krijg je ook de mogelijkheid om enkele dagen van thuis te werken. Wat doe je als Junior Controller? Als Junior Financial & Business Controller vorm jij de partner van de business en leg je de brug naar finance. Met gerichte analyses en rapporten van financiële gegevens en business informatie, adviseer je de service line leaders, het management en directie. Je maakt management rapporteringen en voorziet het management van input en advies; Je stelt dashboards op, maakt variantieanalyses (productiviteit, revenue recognition,...); Je ondersteunt het strategisch planningsproces; Je volgt budgetten op, en vergelijkt met forecasts en actuals; Je stelt KPI's en doelstellingen op op basis van de cijfers; ... Daarnaast focus je ook op het verbeteren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen waardoor een continue business support mogelijk is. Je werkt actief mee aan projecten en bent een mentor voor andere collega's. Wie ben jij & wat zijn je skills? Als persoon ben jij iemand die: operationeel graag meedraait in een organisatie; proactief is en voortdurend streeft naar verbetering; een sterke helikopterview heeft; een teamplayer is en bijdraagt aan een toffe werksfeer. Verder kan je volgende zaken afvinken: master diploma in HIR, TEW of HW; een eerste ervaring binnen controlling en achtergrond in audit; je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans; ervaring met integraties van nieuwe vennootschappen is een plus; een IT-mindset (Excel, Power BI, ERP-pakketten).
