Title - Business Analyst Language - English, Dutch or French Location - Brussels, Brussels, Belgium Duration - 12+ months Workplace type - Hybrid Experience - 5 years Description: At least 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an HR environment. Demonstrable experience within a social secretariat or within a medium-sized/large organization with complex HR processes. Strong knowledge of core HR processes: onboarding / offboarding (JMLR) contracttypes time registration absences & payroll role and access control Experience with HRIS systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SD Worx, Attentia, E-Blox, Partena, Group S, Acerta, Protime, etc.). Understanding data quality, data models, and data flows between HR and IT (APIs, SCIM, CSV flows, identity lifecycle). At least 1 to 3 years of experience as a business analyst in an HR environment. Proven experience within a payroll service provider or a medium/large organization with complex HR processes. • Strong knowledge of key HR processes: • onboarding/offboarding (JMLR)• contract types • time tracking • absences and payroll • roles and access management Experience with HRIS systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SD Worx, Attentia, E-Blox, Partena, Group S, Acerta, Protime, etc.). Understanding of data quality, data models and data flows between HR and IT (APIs, SCIM, CSV flows, identity lifecycle).
