Account Executive – Cybersecurity | Remote (Belgium) | €150K–€180K OTE

We're hiring the first Account Executives for Belgium at a category-defining cloud data-protection scale-up - and this is a rare \"build it from zero\" seat, not a book-inheriting one.

THE ROLE

You'll drive new-business revenue across Belgium for a SaaS platform that protects business-critical data across the apps companies already run on. You're 1 of 3 AEs establishing the region - carrying a full new-logo quota and directly shaping the go-to-market playbook as the team scales.

THE TEAM

A tight, ambitious trio of AEs building the Belgian presence, backed by a wider European commercial org, SDRs, solution engineers and marketing. Scale-up pace, category-leader backing.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

– First 6 months: qualified pipeline built, early new-logo deals closed, platform and value story mastered

– First 12 months: consistently hitting/exceeding quota, a repeatable territory motion, recognised as a trusted advisor on data-protection and compliance

– Ramp milestones are still being shaped - this is for someone energised by being first, not by following a playbook

GROWTH

Structured onboarding, ongoing enablement, and mentorship from an experienced commercial leader in Amsterdam - with a clear path to Enterprise AE as the region grows.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3–5 years B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally new-business/closing

• Track record of hitting or exceeding new-logo quota

• Fluent English + Dutch or French

• Confidence selling technical/security solutions to mid-market or enterprise buyers

• Strong pipeline-generation discipline and a structured approach

• Comfortable in a fast-moving scale-up environment

• Based in or near Belgium, with the right to work locally

WHAT'S ON OFFER

• €150K– €180K OTE (50/50 base/variable split)

• Fully remote

• 15% pension contribution, fully employer-paid

• Holiday allowance per Belgian norms
