Vandaag zijn ze voor hun finance team op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Financial Controller. Leg je graag kritische en analytische verbanden? Ben je daarnaast sterk in cijfermatige interpretaties? Heb je ervaring als controller/analyst en wens je graag te werken in een internationale en snelgroeiende business? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou Je staat in voor de maandafsluiting, budgetten, FC en zorgt dat de operationele resultaten in relevante financiële cijfers zullen vertaald worden; Je analyseert verschillende KPIs en rapporteert je bevindingen en adviezen aan het management en verschillende stakeholders; Je evalueert de operationele performance en zorgt voor de juiste insteken naar productiviteitsverbetering en rapporteringen; Je ontwikkelt/onderzoekt verschillende calculatietools om prestaties en costing modellen nauw op te volgen en kritisch te evalueren; Je ondersteunt automatiserings- en efficiëntieprojecten voor finance & operations; Je levert relevante ad-hoc analyses aan en bent de SPOC voor finance gerelateerde topics. Je hebt minstens een Bachelor in een financiële richting of gelijkaardig aan ervaring; Je hebt een sterke analytische ingesteldheid en je kijkt graag kritisch naar cijfermatige conclusies; Je hebt sterke kennis van Excel (Power Pivot, Macro's, draaitabellen,..), ervaring met ERP & BI tools is een sterke plus Je bent communicatief en hebt een natuurlijke overtuigingskracht waardoor je analyses en conclusies goed kan overbrengen aan je directe peers; Je bent sociaal, hulpvaardig en zoekt telkens naar verbeteringen op verschillende vlakken.
