What will you be doing? Forget boring compliance work. You analyse, question, and understand the story behind every number. You’ll work with a wide range of clients, from multinational and public companies to local players and innovative start-ups. Each project brings new skills, insights, and opportunities for growth. Oversee complex audit projects – Be the go-to person for your audit clients and take the lead in challenging audits. Use your analytical skills to help them see the bigger picture of their business. Build strong client relationships – No matter who your client is, you can tell them what they need to hear. Ask the right questions and establish professional yet personal relationships that make your audit work both productive and rewarding. Deliver technical excellence – Work out solid audit procedures, prepare detailed working papers, and ensure your work meets high professional standards. Guide colleagues – Share your knowledge with junior colleagues, helping them develop their technical skills while building your own leadership abilities. Stay ahead of the curve – Through the BDO Academy and external training, you keep up with the latest audit standards and techniques. Your Foundation Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering, with additional financial-economic qualifications as a strong asset At least 2 years of audit experience, with strong technical and client management skills Fluency in Dutch or French and English; additional languages are valued and can open doors to our diverse client portfolio Your Personality Clear communication with clients, colleagues, and team members.
