- **Potential employment opportunities**: At the end of the program, a selection process will take place, and successful participants may be offered employment. Regardless of employment outcome, **all participants** will receive a **certificate of completion**, recognizing their training and contribution to the program, with the possibility for future opportunities.

**What You’ll Learn**: Comprehensive training in student services and support
- Exposure to administrative tasks including admissions, enrollment, and academic record management
- Training in Learning Management Systems (LMS) used in higher education
- Introduction to using **AI prompts** in university management tasks
- Experience in handling student queries, providing guidance on college policies, and communication with students and other concerned parties
- Collaboration with academic and administrative staff on day-to-day operations
- Insight into higher education systems, compliance, and procedures

**Supervision and Support**:

- Throughout the program, you’ll receive **guidance, feedback, and supervision** from senior academic administrators to ensure that you gain valuable skills and training.

**Requirements**:Enthusiasm for higher education and student services
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a higher education program (related fields such as education, administration, social sciences, or computer science preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive and detail-oriented
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
