Digital Training Project Manager

**Goals**
**Responsibilities**
Responsibility 1: Project Management
- Work closely with stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of digital training projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in digital training projects. Provide clear direction, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Develop and manage budgets for digital training projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness. Monitor expenses and track project expenditures to maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Ensure that appropriate documentation is produced and maintained for all projects including project overview, project plans, reports, meeting notes and project budget trackers.
Responsibility 2: Digital Learning Platform Management
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of digital learning platforms or learning management systems (LMS). Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of training content
- Identify and engage with external vendors or e-learning providers to source digital training solutions. Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality training products and services
- Establish quality standards for digital training content and delivery methods. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness and impact of digital training programs. Use feedback and data to make data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations when managing user data within digital learning platforms. Collaborate with IT and legal teams to address security and data confidentiality concerns
Responsibility 3: Content Development and Curation:
- Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with learning objectives and organizational goals.
Responsibility 4: Quality Assurance and Evaluation:
- Establish quality standards for digital training content and delivery methods.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness and impact of digital training programs.
- Use feedback and data to make data-driven improvements.
Responsibility 5: Training and Support:
- Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders, trainers, or administrators involved in the deliveryand management of digital training programs.
- Effectively communicate and continually manage expectations of team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion and hold daily and weekly briefing sessions for the team.
- Work on the expansion of the optimal operational functioning of Aviato Academy
**Profil**:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Instructional Design, Education, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on digital training or e-learning initiatives.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset to assess data and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) and knowledge of agile methodologies are a plus.
