Your Role as a Project ManagerA successful Project Manager in Product Planning is a champion of structured execution and strategic innovation—balancing disciplined planning with creative problem-solving to bring high-impact automotive products to market efficiently and effectively.Your responsibilities will include:Lead with passion and vision, inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.Align technical development with business objectives, ensuring product profitability and competitive positioning.Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks, managing suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional dependencies.Capture and integrate lessons learned to continuously improve project execution across future programs.Identify and drive value-added opportunities that strengthen global competitiveness and enhance product success.Own end-to-end project success, delivering high-quality products that meet cost targets and customer expectations. Who We're Looking ForProfessional proficiency in English (written and spoken).Experience in the automotive industry, ideally within product planning, engineering, or project management environments.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, timelines, and cost-control processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
