We want you to develop your skills, expand your knowledge and be proud of your work. : **Job purpose**: Bridgestone Mobility Solutions (BMS) is the newly created business unit focused on delivering mobility solutions to our customers beyond tyres. Within BMS, we create and deploy market leading integrated fleet management, tyre management and data solutions to different customer segments such as OEM’s, fleets, and individual vehicle owners. Thanks to the ability to offer a wide range of modular solutions in an integrated way, we can drive incremental value for our customers. Within BMS, the Customer Success unit is responsible for account management, solutions bundling, trade marketing, operational excellence and customer care targeting B2C and B2B fleets under the umbrella of Fleetcare. To further support the successful growth of Fleetcare, we are looking to reinforce the Solution Implementation and Customer Operations team. The successful execution of our strategy relies on the ability to manage and improve our processes when deploying our solutions in the field. Also, the usage of new technologies, systems and tools that help to digitalize and automate these processes, accelerates our capability to drive more efficient operations, resulting into incremental customer value. Therefore, the main mission of this new role is firstly to accelerate the digitalization of tyre management, especially by making use of RFID (tyre, vehicle) in all our fleet service processes across the sales regions. Secondly, it is to drive smarter, more automated, and proactive tyre management enabled by tyre health models, advanced tyre monitoring solutions and telematics. **Job Scope**: - EMIA region - B2B and B2C fleets **Main responsibilities**: - Take ownership and drive initiatives to grow the usage of digital tools in fleet tyre operations & inspections (RFID readers & probes, tablets, new hybrid devices 2-in-1) - Establish the operating model for these tools: procurement, MDM, after-sales support (both for Bridgestone fleet teams & service partners) - Deliver adequate technical and commercial documentation and training - Give support to the service digitalization plans in the different countries, remove obstacles, optimize harmonization and facilitate technical and operational challenges - Drive increased usage of RFID in the different use cases and value propositions, measure and monitor the benefits and report progress to Fleetcare Management - Gather the voice of the customer (internal and external) on their digitalization journey and share best practices and feedback across regional teams to improve systems, hardware & processes - Liaise with the Digital Factory team (upstream) on requirements related to RFID and other innovations and make sure these are being included in the development roadmaps - Establish KPI monitoring and identify potential areas for operational improvements - Support the successful introduction and usage of new tyre monitoring solutions and models to drive customer value thanks to creating proactive ins
