**Tablebooker **is het meest gebruikte online reserveringssysteem voor restaurants in België. Je kent ons zeker want voor de grootste (restaurant)sites en evenementen zoals Restodays, Resto.be en Google is Tablebooker de reservatiepartner.
Door de** digitale versnelling** is er een sterke vraag naar ons gebruiksvriendelijk en professioneel systeem Om onze bestaande klanten extra diensten voor te stellen, zijn we op zoek naar **twee Customer Success Specialists.**

- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van onze verschillende diensten aan restaurants.
- Je stelt onze reeds '3000' bestaande klanten upgrades voor en overtuigt hen om met onze producten te gaan werken.
- Je beschikt over een commerciële instelling, werkt graag met targets en je kan als geen ander klantenrelaties uitbouwen en onderhouden.
- Je hebt een neus om opportuniteiten op te sporen en je zoekt mee naar oplossingen op maat.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces van offerte tot aftersales communicatie.
- Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen een Customer Care omgeving is een must.
- Je bent communicatief en vlot aan de telefoon, zeer klantvriendelijk en je bent een echte doorzetter.
- Je bent organisatorisch en je hebt oog voor detail en stiptheid.
- Je bent idealiter tweetaling Nederlands/Frans; of je beheerst één van de beide talen zeer goed en hebt goede noties van de andere taal.
- Kennis van Salesforce is een plus.
- Deel uitmaken van een dynamisch team in een sterk groeiend bedrijf.
- De mogelijkheid om initiatief te nemen en jezelf te kunnen ontplooien.
- Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur, voltijds dagwerk van maandag t.e.m. vrijdag.
- Na 2 maanden bekom je een dag telewerk/week.
