The Research & Planning Specialist (Automotive) supports product strategy and development by conducting comprehensive research, analyzing market and user needs, and assisting in concept planning. Strong English communication skills and prior experience in the automotive industry are essential for success in this position.
Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to support product and business decision-making
Perform user research to understand customer needs and behaviors
Research industry regulations and compliance requirements
Carry out UX/UI research to support design and usability improvements
Planning & Concept Development
Participate in production concept planning
Contribute creative ideas to product and promotion concepts
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Experience in the automotive industry or strong understanding of automotive products and market trends
Proficiency in customer surveys, competitor analysis, and data analytics
Solid understanding of UX principles and UI design best practices
Flexible working with 2–3 days remote work per week
Monthly net allowances in addition to your salary
Flexible collaboration for freelancers – work on exciting projects via freelance contracts while being supported by our international network.
