Your RoleThe Research & Planning Specialist (Automotive) supports product strategy and development by conducting comprehensive research, analyzing market and user needs, and assisting in concept planning. This role also provides administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations. Strong English communication skills and prior experience in the automotive industry are essential for success in this position.ResponsibilitiesResearch & AnalysisConduct market research to support product and business decision-makingPerform user research to understand customer needs and behaviorsAnalyze technical trends to identify innovation opportunities and risksResearch industry regulations and compliance requirementsStudy competitors' products, features, and market strategiesCarry out UX/UI research to support design and usability improvementsPlanning & Concept DevelopmentParticipate in production concept planningContribute creative ideas to product and promotion conceptsAdministrative SupportPrepare materials and documentation for meetingsPrint, organize, and distribute departmental materialsCoordinate scheduling and assist with general administrative tasks Who We're Looking ForStrong proficiency in English, both written and verbalExperience in the automotive industry or strong understanding of automotive products and market trendsProficiency in customer surveys, competitor analysis, and data analyticsAbility to plan and develop product ideasStrong presentation, negotiation, and teamwork abilitiesSkills in scheduling, budgeting, and performance evaluationSolid understanding of UX principles and UI design best practices What We OfferAt Kronos by EPSA, you don't just take on a job – you build a career.
