Roles/Responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the customer advocate within the organization and link to other teams: Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Service, Credit, and Finance
- Handle the full sales cycle of consumables products from order entry to order delivery
- Order management - receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders in timely manner
- Maintain customer account details and assure that information is kept up to date
- Perform administrative tasks linked to the overall after-sales process, maintaining prices per account, preparation and coordination of commercial invoices, LCs and other required documents to support the customer journey
- Detect discrepancies, identifying root cause, and implement corrective action
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Identify and drive process simplification and improvement
- Redirect inquiries as needed and ensure customers receive final resolution
- Support the Supply Chain team with proactive actions related to inventory
**Required knowledge, skills and experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar function
- Diploma or Degree in related field
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Italian
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong follow up skills
- Able to exercise sound judgment while handling time sensitive tasks
- Self-starter with flexibility to meet & manage challenging priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts
- Understanding of inventory management processes
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
- Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus
- Passion for helping people
