**Tablebooker **is een dynamisch groeibedrijf dat restaurateurs de nodige tools biedt om klanten vlot en makkelijk de weg naar hun zaak te laten vinden en hun tafel te reserveren.
Onze klanten ontzorgen staat centraal in onze missie. Topservice verzekeren is dan ook een must. Hiervoor kunnen wij nu al beroep doen op goed opgeleide professionals die de restaurateurs met raad en daad bijstaan.
Om ons bestaande team verder te versterken, zoeken wij meerdere getalenteerde **Team Players** (v/m).

- Je verzorgt de interne opvolging tot in de puntjes door het loggen van al je klantencontacten in Salesforce.
- Je ondersteunt onze externe salesploeg bij het activeren van nieuwe contracten.
- Je volgt actief de facturatie van de verschillende producten op.
- Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen een Customer Care omgeving is een must.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en je hebt goede noties Frans.
- Klantvriendelijkheid is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, zowel interne als externe klanten kunnen steeds op jou rekenen.
- Gedreven en leergierig.
- Snel en toch georganiseerd kunnen werken.
- Stiptheid en oog voor detail.
- Kennis van Salesforce is een plus.
- Deel uitmaken van een dynamisch team in een bedrijf dat alles heeft om te groeien.
- Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur, voltijds dagwerk van maandag t.e.m. vrijdag.
