Junior Business Development Manager / Business Development ManagerEV Charging – BelgiumLocation: Hybrid (Brussels, Belgium)Languages: Dutch OR French (bilingual) and EnglishCommission: UncappedThe RoleA rapidly growing company in the electric vehicle charging and energy sector is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager or Business Development Manager to support its expansion across Belgium.This role focuses on AC EV charging solutions for domestic and home applications and will be shaped around the experience level of the successful candidate. Junior candidates will receive training and development, while experienced BDMs will take ownership of accounts and market growth.Key Responsibilities(Responsibilities will vary depending on experience)Develop and grow relationships with wholesalers, resellers, and distribution partnersDrive sales of domestic EV charging solutions across the Belgian marketSupport or lead new business development and account management activitiesPosition EV charging as part of a wider smart home and energy ecosystem, including solar and battery storageProvide product support, training, and commercial guidance to partnersMaintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking using CRM toolsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunitiesAbout YouThis role is open to both junior and experienced profiles.Experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role (energy, electrical, EV, smart home, or technology sectors preferred)Strong interest in electric vehicles, renewable energy, and smart home technologiesConfident communicator with strong relationship-building skillsProactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-growing environmentFluent in Dutch, French, and EnglishBased in or near Brussels, with flexibility to travel within BelgiumWhat's On OfferCompetitive package dependent on experienceUncapped commission structureClear development and progression opportunitiesOpportunity to join a fast-growing EV and clean energy businessCollaborative, mission-driven team focused on sustainability and innovationFor questions, contact katie.rafferty@everec.co.uk.
