ZORGI propose aux hôpitaux belges et néerlandais une solution ERP basée sur SAP . Nos équipes s'occupent non seulement du développement de la solution SAP, mais aussi de l'implémentation et du support aux hôpitaux. Pour développer les activités liées à la gestion financière et logistique mais aussi business intelligence, et gérer les différentes équipes, ZORGI recherche un(e)Head of Product Line ERP qui répond directement au COO. Vos responsabilités : Vous êtes responsable de réaliserles objectifs stratégiques liés à notre solution ERP. Pour ce faire, vous gérez le P&L et pouvez compter sur la collaboration d'une équipe interne d'environ 40 spécialistes (customer support, implementation, software development). Vous définissez et mettezen œuvre la stratégie et la roadmap. Vous gérezle budget et réfléchissez aux moyens d’améliorer le P&L. Vous assurez l’exécution correcte et en temps voulu de nos contrats et garantissez ainsi la satisfaction de nos clients. Vous constituez des équipes soudées dans lesquelles la confiance, la collaboration et la qualité occupent une placecentrale. Vous développezle potentiel de vos équipes et veillez à leur efficacité. Vous êtes responsable d'une circulation fluide de l’information et de la communication. Vous contrôlez les normes de qualité internes et externes. Votre expérience et vos qualifications : Expérience pertinente dans une fonction de managementet en gestion d’équipes. Excellentes compétences en people management. Connaissance de SAP RISE. Excellent négociateur. Forte orientation client et résultats. Fédérateur, communicateur et réseauteur naturel. Ouvert et flexible. Bilingue néerlandais/français et bonne connaissance de l’anglais.
