Job Profile:
Lead marketing team to organization to persuade more consumers and customers to purchase Alcon products over competition
- Execute international marketing strategy as well as develop and implement local go-to-market strategy, marketing activities and national sales promotions.
- Prepare and energize organization for new plans via brilliant sales and product launch meetings
- Ensure sales team has skillset to effectively deliver marketing strategies to customers
- Works closely with regional teams and local sales and key account organizations to ensure strategic alignment, excellent execution and sales driving market implementation.
- Works closely with key account team to deliver marketing projects agreed in JBPs
- Is a catalyst of change for organization in developing new digital and omni-channel initiatives
- Project Management (cross-department and cross-country)

Lead marketing team in major planning processes for speed and simplicity with clear ownership and accountability
- Create, and lead annual marketing planning process with regional teams to include launches, relaunches, technical argumentation and national consumer & sales promotions related to the brands and products.
- Takes lead or partners (as directed) in coordination of annual planning for Vision Care business (financial target setting, brand planning, KA targeting, SF priorities etc).
- Drive accurate supply chain forecast to deliver annual sales objectives, minimize backorders and write-offs
- Partners with WH&D, logistics and customer care to deliver brilliant product delivery experience to our customers
- Lead monthly financial processes for marketing budgets for brilliant forecasting and maximizing P&L investments
- Measures own/teams activities to optimise financial results (against major KPIs & ROI) and continuously improve effectiveness
- Supports other duties or projects as requested by the Line Manager commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility for this role

- Aid in annual process to develop yearly goals and mid-term Strategy for BeNeLux VC organization
- Analyse results and relevant KPI’s on a monthly basis and drive impactful adjustments to plans
- Build brilliant team culture of ownership & accountability, speed & simplicity with integrity & a winning mindset
- Coach and develop marketing team to help them become the best in the industry
- Brings positive and energetic attitude to the organization
