Notre client est un acteur de premier plan dans l’industrie des procédés au sein du secteur biochimique, avec un fort accent sur l’innovation, la qualité et la durabilité. L'entreprise combine de nombreuses années d’expérience avec des technologies de production modernes et fournit des solutions à des secteurs variés à travers le monde.Pour son site de production situé à Dottignies, nous recherchons un Maintenance & Engineering Manager motivé, qui jouera un rôle clé dans l’optimisation de la politique de maintenance et le développement de nouveaux projets techniques.En tant que Maintenance & Engineering Manager, vous êtes responsable de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre d’une politique de maintenance efficace, ainsi que de la gestion de l’équipe technique.Vous garantissez la fiabilité des installations, mettez en place des projets d’amélioration et assurez un environnement de travail efficace et sécurisé. Vous jouez également un rôle essentiel dans le développement des projets d’investissement et l’introduction de nouvelles technologies.Vos responsabilités :Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de maintenance préventive, corrective et d’amélioration continue.Diriger une équipe multidisciplinaire (techniciens, spécialistes en automatisation, sous-traitants).Piloter des projets d’investissement, de modernisation et d’optimisation des installations et équipements.Garantir la conformité réglementaire des installations (sécurité, environnement, ATEX, etc.).Gérer le budget maintenance et suivre les indicateurs de performance (OEE, MTBF, MTTR…).Déployer et optimiser le système GMAO (CMMS – Computerized Maintenance Management System).Jouer un rôle actif dans les programmes d’amélioration continue (5S, TPM, Lean…).Votre profil :Master ou bachelier en électromécanique, mécanique ou équivalent par expérience.Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement industriel exigeant.Solides compétences en leadership et expérience avérée en gestion d’équipes.Bonne connaissance des méthodologies de maintenance (TPM, RCM, Lean) et du management de projets.Esprit analytique, excellente communication et orientation résultats.Expérience dans l’industrie des procédés : chimie, biochimie, pharma.Nous vous offrons :Un salaire mensuel brut entre 6.000 € et 8.500 € selon l’expérience.Des chèques-repas de 8 €.Une voiture de société avec carte carburant.Une indemnité forfaitaire nette de 220 €.Une assurance groupe et une assurance hospitalisation.Un abonnement GSM illimité et un ordinateur portable.32 jours de congé.Un bonus lié aux résultats de l’entreprise et à la fidélité.Un poste polyvalent et stimulant au sein d’une entreprise innovante où vous pouvez réellement faire la différence.
