Je wordt ondersteund door je manager.Verantwoordelijkheidsgebied Je stelt de klant altijd en overal centraal. Je luistert, informeert en helpt je klant verder. Je zorgt voor correcte prijzen. Samen met het team werk je aan een aantrekkelijke uitstraling van de afdelingen. Je zorgt voor de opvolging van de bestellingen, het voorraadbeheer en de werkorganisatie van het team. Je kent de principes van het aanvullen en de verkoop en kan deze toepassen. Je past de procedures eigen aan de afdeling en je vakgebied toe. Je doet voorstellen aan de afdelingsmanager om de commerciële acties, de opvolging van de voorraad en de organisatie van het werk in het algemeen te verbeteren. Je ondersteunt de manager in het behalen van de vooropgestelde targets. Profiel Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Secundair Onderwijs (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring). Je hebt een eerste professionele ervaring binnen de verkoop / aanvulling / retail / horeca of catering. Je beschikt over de juiste competenties om een team aan te sturen en je neemt initiatief. Je bent flexibel ingesteld. Werken in een wisselend uurrooster en op zaterdag schrikt je niet af. Jouw kwaliteiten: klant- en resultaatgericht, organisatorische vaardigheden / prioriteitenstelling, teamspeler en goede communicatie. Geen werk op zondag, met uitzondering van enkele winkels op vrijwillige basis, hier hoort een hogere premie bij.
