With a commitment to innovation and sustainability, this company invests in cutting-edge technologies to optimize grid operations and integrate renewable energy sources.Position Overview: The purchasing assistant works with the procurement team and the suppliers as well as dealing with transnational and cross-departmental tasks. The purchasing assistant provides them with administrative support for the ordering of materials and services. (S)He is usually the first line of support when a system or process issue is raised. (S)he also acts as a facilitator and trainer toward the business to ensure correct usage of the applications and the maintenance of underlying data.What you'll do:Maintain basic master data in SAP (suppliers, materials, services, contracts, purchase records, etc.)Follow up with the registration of suppliers in AribaProcess supplier’s evaluations (incl. Graydon scores)Test and train (power user)Set up and organize an SAP key user group by ensuring that core information is communicatedCreate and update documentation such as guidelines, intranet, newsletter, etc.Draw up implementation notes for users based on applications changesProvide advice to users at all levels after implementation: correct input of input data and explanation of output documents.Translate the above instructions and support in corresponding languageSupport administratively the Operations and Excellence teamCommunicate technical issues to BA (but decisions and prioritization sit in the hands of the Process Owner)Monitor functional inbox and orders toward internal customers and supplierIdentify improvement topics in daily business and transform them (together with Process owner) in a business case.What you bring:Clerical and organizationalHands-onCommunication skillsMultilingual (ENG and NL/FR/GE)SAP MMA little about us: Innova Solutions is a diverse and award-winning global technology services partner.
