About the Role
NISH Tech BV is looking for a senior IT Sourcing & Efficiency Lead to support strategic IT sourcing initiatives and enterprise-wide IT efficiency programs within a major European organization.
The role combines strategic sourcing, IT financial analysis, vendor management and executive stakeholder engagement. You will drive complex RFP activities from preparation through evaluation and recommendation, while transforming IT efficiency opportunities into measurable and trackable savings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate strategic multi-tower IT RFP activities.
- Define sourcing strategy, scope, service models and commercial models.
- Build and consolidate RFP documentation.
- Define requirements, SLAs, KPIs, pricing templates and transition requirements.
- Coordinate input from IT, Architecture, Security, Finance, Legal and Procurement.
- Establish evaluation criteria and supplier scoring models.
- Coordinate supplier Q&A and clarification sessions.
- Perform TCO and business-case comparisons.
- Prepare recommendations and executive decision materials.
- Identify and manage sourcing, transition and financial risks.
- Structure IT cost-efficiency opportunities.
- Establish IT cost baselines with Finance.
- Quantify savings and define assumptions, owners and timelines.
- Track realised savings against targets.
- Report progress, deviations and corrective actions to senior stakeholders.
- Translate sourcing and cost analysis into clear recommendations.
Required Skills
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of experience in IT sourcing, IT strategy, IT cost optimization or IT vendor management.
- Proven experience with large multi-tower IT outsourcing or strategic partner RFPs.
- Experience delivering IT cost-reduction or efficiency programs with measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of IT service towers.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Experience with cost baselining, TCO, business cases and savings tracking.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of contract structures, SLAs, governance, transition and exit management.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English.
- Good knowledge of Dutch or French .
Nice-to-Have Skills
- CIPS certification.
- IAOP COP certification.
- FinOps certification.
- ITIL certification.
- Logistics, postal, transport or e-commerce experience.
- Global capability centre/offshore delivery experience.
- Experience in multi-entity organizations.
Experience
10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Education
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Languages
- English: Fluent
- Dutch OR French: Good knowledge
