After Sales CoordinatorIntroductionWe are looking for a motivated After Sales Coordinator to support the international service activities of a growing industrial machinery manufacturer. This role is ideal for someone with a technical mindset, strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service. You will operate at the intersection of customers, production and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient follow-up of technical requests.Key Responsibilities* Manage spare parts orders from A to Z, including customer consultation, coordination with production, monitoring of manufacturing progress and arranging transports.* Handle administrative processing of orders, returns and stock management within the ERP system.* Maintain close contact with customers worldwide and provide first-line technical support.* Follow up on returns and prepare credit notes when necessary.* Ensure first-line communication by phone and email with international customers.* Support the invoicing process for spare parts in collaboration with the accounting department.Profile & Requirements* Experience in a technical or industrial environment is preferred; aftersales experience is a strong advantage.* Technical mindset with problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.* Strong administrative accuracy and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.* Customer-focused, commercially minded and an effective communicator.* Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with production, administration and sales teams.* Proactive, stress-resistant and eager to optimise processes, such as implementing tracking systems.* Fluent in Dutch, with good command of English and French.* Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills are valuable assets.What We Offer* A new and impactful role where you can help shape the aftersales strategy.* A varied position with autonomy and daily interaction with international customers.* A stable working environment with short communication lines and high-quality technical products.* Opportunities for growth, learning and internal training.* A full-time, permanent position based in the Kortrijk region.Are you ready to apply your technical and commercial skills in a role with international impact?
