We’re looking for a Pedagogical Co-Founder who believes learning can be: More motivating Simply better than today’s standard education Your role (Pedagogical Lead): Turning learning science into a concrete, adaptive learning system based on a new type of signals our app provides Define what students learn and how they learn Design exercises, feedback, and progression that build real-world skills Shape the system’s adaptivity so every learner is challenged at the right level, supported where they struggle and motivated to keep going How you’ll work: Build, test, and refine learning experiences hands-on Collaborate closely with the other members of the founding team Influence both product vision and pedagogical direction Why this matters: Your expertise directly shapes the system, not just the theory You’ll help create meaningful impact for learners, parents, and tutors You’ll co-build a tech-enabled learning ecosystem from the ground up Seniority level Executive Employment type Other Job function Business Development and Sales Industries Education Antwerp, Flemish Region, Belgium We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
