Binnen verschillende teams in verschillende regio's in Vlaanderen zijn wij op zoek naar nieuwe collega's. We zoeken enthousiaste collega's met groeipotentieel, die interesse hebben om de wereld van ondernemers en vrije beroepen van dichtbij te leren kennen. Dit doe je in een leerrijke commerciële functie waarin je klanten begeleidt bij hun financiële keuzes, met ondersteuning en begeleiding van senior account managers. Zin om er samen in te vliegen?

Topduo gezocht

  • Het commercieel traject voor toekomstige account managers is dé perfecte kans om het bankieren op zijn Bank Van Breda's snel en succesvol in de vingers te krijgen.
  • Je gaat zij aan zij samenwerken met ervaren vermogenspartners, met wie je een dynamische tandem gaat vormen. Bij de start gaan jullie regelmatig in duo op pad naar bestaande en potentiële klanten. Zo ervaar je vanop de eerste rij onze persoonlijke aanpak. Je leert écht connecteren met je gesprekspartners, en je ontdekt welk vermogensadvies optimaal aansluit bij het unieke verhaal van de klant.
  • Je wordt doorheen het traject zowel in de wereld voor als achter de schermen ondergedompeld. Je ontdekt hoe je een beleggingsgesprek voert. Hoe je een krediet verleent. Hoe deposito's werken. Wanneer we onze zusterbank Delen Private Bank inschakelen. En zo veel meer.
  • Je ontpopt je al doende tot de gewaardeerde rechterhand van de senior account managers. Je helpt van bij de start bij alle dagelijkse taken van relatiebeheer en vermogensbegeleiding: gesprekken voorbereiden, autonoom specifieke vragen oplossen, toegewezen klantendossiers opvolgen,… Daarnaast help je de portefeuilles doen groeien: je volgt leads op, neemt deel aan (netwerk)events en contacteert prospecten.
  • Je commercieel traject is afgerond op het moment dat je doorgroeit tot account manager. Op dat moment word je het vaste aanspreekpunt van je eigen klantenportefeuille, die je vanaf dan autonoom en resultaatgericht gaat uitbouwen.
