Commercial Supply Manager Off-Trade
Commercial Supply is centrally located in the heart of Off Trade Belgium. We operate as a unified team alongside the Key Account Management (KAM) Team.
Internally, Commercial Supply serves as the vital link between Sales, Supply, and Logistics. We ensure the timely and complete delivery of Sales and Trade Marketing initiatives while balancing
the interests of our internal stakeholders. Our customer-centric approach prioritizes the needs of our clients, harmonizing commercial and logístical demands.
Our goal is to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes with our customers. While addressing our supply chain challenges, we view these not as limitations but as opportunities to innovate and overcome.
We develop long-term supply chain strategies with top off trade customers by thoroughly understanding their end-to-end needs and requirements.
Our focus is on delivering superior customer service, enhancing forecast accuracy, and increasing MACO by fostering strong customer relationships.

**Tasks**:
- You manage and optimize the supply chain relationship with your portfolio of Belgian retailers. This goes from resolving ad-hoc issues to building and implementing a LT supply chain plan at customers.- You are responsible for driving the customer agenda within the organization. To ensure this you work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Supply, Demand Planning, (Trade) Marketing and the BSCs (Business Service Centers).- In collaboration with Demand Planning/Key Account Management you create a short
- and long-term forecast to ensure retailers demands are met while optimizing our internal supply chain.- You develop, implement and follow-up on Customer-Specific Supply Chain Initiatives (Data-Driven Forecast, Beer Train, H2 Delivery,..).- Manage the Innovation and Promotion Implementations at customers from a supply chain point-of-view.- You are actively part of the Sales Off-Trade Team and the Commercial Supply team. You critically evaluate internal and external processes, and improve them structurally. You do this while pursuing both supply chain efficiency as customer satisfaction.- Being the SPOC between Sales Off-Trade BE and our BSC Prague (Ordertaking, Inventory Deployment and Transport Planning).- You act as the the go-to person within the Commercial Supply Team for different functional domains (E.g. Promotions, Revenue Management, Field Sales, 2nd Tier Logistics, EDI,).
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree with a strong growth mindset- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role or logistics/supply chain. Having experience in both is a plus- Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus-
- Team Player and Excellent Communication- Customer-Centric Approach- Able to build and leverage easily cross-functional relationships- Strong Analytical Skills
