**Job Description**:
In this role, you will organize efficient supply chains for PSI clinical projects in different locations and liaise with vendors involved in the clinical trial products management process.
**You will**:
- Assess project needs of clinical trial products (Investigational Medical Products and Non Investigational Products), develop supply and re-supply plans
- Assess and set up trial supply schemes involving distribution depots, investigative sites and interactive response technology
- Set up and test interactive response technology systems and manage clinical products supply activities through interactive tools
- Assess and coordinate timelines for clinical products procurement, secondary manufacturing and distribution
- Provide budget estimates for trial materials to be purchased
- Develop and verify project-specific packaging specifications and label design
- Participate in the selection of trial supply vendors and interactive web tools for PSI studies
- Develop clinical supply plans and provide input for the development of vendor management plans
- Supervise procurement, secondary manufacturing, and distribution services provided to PSI
- Support and train PSI teams in clinical product management
- Liaise with PSI project teams, company divisions, clients and vendors
- Assess risks associated with clinical product management and quality incidences reported by vendors
- Assist in business development tasks related to clinical trial supply services
**Qualifications**:
- College or University degree
- Experience in clinical supply management
- Experience working with supply chain technologies (i.e. IRT, CTMS, IWRS integration rules and principles)
- Training in GMP and GDP
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal parties
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Full working proficiency in English and Dutch
- PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
