Location: Belgium | Contract Type: Freelance or Payroll Navio Digital partners with leading energy players on large-scale digital and business transformation programs driving the energy transition. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to impactful projects in this context. Your Role Analyze and document business needs across departments, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation. Translate complex business challenges into clear functional and data requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Act as a proxy Product Owner within Agile teams: manage and refine the backlog, prioritize features, and validate deliverables. Model business processes and data flows using BPMN and other standards to inform solution design and transformation initiatives. Contribute to enterprise and business architecture. Coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance and integration testing. Support change management and adoption of new digital tools and processes across the organization. Your Profile Master's degree in engineering, IT, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a complex or regulated environment. Strong skills in process modeling (BPMN), requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Product Owner responsibilities. Knowledge of digital, automation, and enterprise data strategies. Experience in the energy industry is a very strong asset. Fluent in Dutch or French, with working proficiency in English.
