Our client is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to work onsite in Brussels. This would be a quarterly extended contract/freelance role.The 5*8 hour L1 service provider picks up the phone from the customer Help the customer through the troubleshooting steps and their own knowledge, which they learned during the trainings.Can he help? Ticket is closedCan't he? Ticket is being escalated to the L2 Engineer Guide customer to collect information and log accordinglyAssist to create the ticket for customer according procedure Requirement:French and English are mandatory Effective phone call handling skills and able to handle complains properlyAnalytical thinker, quickly guide the customer to the solution. Eager to learn – (a day not learned is a way not lived mentality)Proactive attitude and Team workerExperience with customer support and service orientatedFan of procedures and experience with a CRM system (electro)Technical background (preferably, not mandatory)Computer use skills (Microsoft Office and other, mainly web based applications)
