Voor een fijne firma, dat op zoek is naar nieuwe collega's voor de nieuwe backoffice callcenter te Luik, zijn we op zoek naar 10 callcenter medewerkers voor hun gloednieuwe afdeling

Als callcenter medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van de kantoren in Nederland en België; jouw rol is cruciaal: Je bent het eerste contact voor klanten die vragen hebben, en kan zo de toon zetten voor een fijn en positief klantencontact.
In deze functie bellen klanten jou die vragen hebben, gaande van praktische zaken, tot de werking van het kantoor (géén outbound, géén verkoop)
- Je hebt na opleiding een grondige kennis van de diensten en kan deze toelichten, zowel de praktische vragen (openingsuren, feestdagen,..) als operationele vragen (hoe alles in zijn werk gaat, welke dienstverlening er is,..);
- Door je kennis kan je de klant volledig adviseren (cross-selling);
- Je zorgt voor de nauwkeurige registratie van klantcontacten in het systeem;
- Je volgt vragen op wanneer antwoorden niet direct gegeven kunnen worden. Je geeft mee wanneer je de klant terugbelt en doet dit ook;
- Trends in klantvragen en klachten signaleren en doorgeven aan de manager;
- Dit alles doe je met diverse communicatievormen zoals telefonie, e-mail, chat, WhatsApp en social media;
- Je ondersteunt bij vertalingen van documenten en campagnes, en signaleert foutieve vertalingen;
- Je zal proactief en creatief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en terugkoppelen aan de manager.
In deze functie ontvang je:
- Een interessant brutoloon, startend vanaf 2626 euro bruto per maand, aangevuld met een maaltijdcheque van 8 EUR en woon-werkvergoeding;
- een functie met degelijke opleiding;
- een voltijdse of deeltijdse functie waarbij je je uren in overleg kan bepalen (19u, 24u, 32u of 38u/week).
Om deze functie in te vullen zoeken we kandidaten die:
- Zich vlot kunnen uitdrukken, zowel geschreven als gesproken, in het Nederlands EN Frans;
- Een eerste werkervaring is geen vereiste. Relevante werkervaring wel een troef;
- Graag warmzakelijk omgaan met klanten, en hen goed willen adviseren;
- Die hun opleiding graag aanvangen eind oktober, om vervolgens begin november op te starten in Luik;
- Die het niet erg vinden af en toe op zaterdag te werken (10:00-17:00);
- Die beschikbaar zijn om op 3 of 17 maart te starten met de opleiding in Luik.
