DESCRIPTION
Talent Acquisition Specialist Remote role, Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process
- Work closely with line managers to create job descriptions
- Maintain and update the Recruitment Information System
- Screen CV’s, invite& interview candidates
- Provide advice and guidance based on recruitment best practices, market conditions, candidates and acting as subject matter expert to facilitate the recruitment process by working with the hiring manager
- Maintain contacts with external parties, like staffing agencies and job sites
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs and other events Must have
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch/Flemish and English.
- 2 to 5 years (in-house) recruitment experience, preferably with high-volume recruitment
- Outgoing personality, good interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- University Degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, etc)
- Any other European language is welcome.
- Ability to work independently of direct supervision
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business
