Functieomschrijving

Als Talent Acquisition Partner – Sales bij Alfabet ben jij de sleutel tot het aantrekken en behouden van toptalent binnen onze sales teams. Met jouw gedrevenheid en doorzettingsvermogen zorg je ervoor dat we de beste mensen aan boord krijgen die bijdragen aan onze groei en succes. Samen met het HR-team zet jij onze wervingsstrategieën op de kaart en til je onze interne rekrutering naar een hoger niveau

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Actief op zoek gaan naar de perfecte kandidaten via alle mogelijke kanalen.
  • Screenen van kandidaten en adviezen geven aan onze interne teams.
  • Opvolgen van de verschillende fasen van de sollicitatieprocessen.
  • Onze ambassadeur zijn op jobbeurzen en gastcolleges.
  • Samenwerken met het HR-team om onze ambitieuze groeidoelen te bereiken.
  • Meewerken aan optimalisaties op vlak van rekrutering.

Minimale vereisten:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in het rekruteren van sales professionals
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en een goed gevoel voor structuur
  • Flexibiliteit is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je bent bereid te doen wat nodig is om tot het beste resultaat te komen
  • Je weet deadlines en afspraken steeds te respecteren
  • Uitdagingen ga je met volle kracht aan
  • Je bruist van motivatie en neemt graag initiatief
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve skills en denkt probleemoplossend
  • Je kan je uitdrukken in het Nederlands, als het Frans
