Astara Western Europe NV maakt deel uit van de Spaanse Astara groep, een internationaal bedrijf gespecialiseerd in open mobiliteitsoplossingen. We bevinden ons momenteel in een tijd van ingrijpende veranderingen in het automotive landschap, gedreven door digitalisering, elektrificatie en nieuwe vormen van mobiliteit. Als Talent Acquisition Officer bij Astara Western Europe speel je een cruciale rol in het identificeren en aantrekken van toptalent voor onze organisatie, dit zowel voor de Belgische markt als voor de andere Europese landen binnen onze hub. Je komt terecht in een veelzijdig en hecht HR-team en rapporteert in deze rol rechtstreeks aan de HR-manager.

Deze vacature betreft een vaste functie in loondienst en staat niet open voor freelancers.

Een greep uit het takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor het volledige rekruterings- en selectieproces van onze toekomstige medewerkers en dit voor een grote diversiteit aan profielen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers en het HR-team om onze personeelsbehoeften te begrijpen en functiebeschrijvingen te ontwikkelen.
  • Door gerichte rekruteringsacties weet je de juiste profielen aan te trekken voor de openstaande vacatures in België, Duitsland en Polen (no travel required).
  • Door een grondige screening van kandidaten op basis van cv, telefonische bevraging en interviews kan je kwalitatieve kandidaten voorstellen aan de business.
  • Je staat in voor het onderhouden van contacten met externe rekruteringspartners en interimkantoren.
  • Je beheert je vacatures van A tot Z en bouwt een sterke talentpijplijn op via verschillende wervingskanalen waaronder vacaturebanken, sociale media, netwerken en referrals van werknemers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het HR-team en staat samen in voor het continu optimaliseren van het rekruterings- en selectieproces.
  • Afhankelijk van je ervaring en interesse kan je mee worden ingeschakeld in diverse HR-projecten.

  • Je kan terugblikken op minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment en beschikt over een uitgebreide kennis aan diverse wervingsmethoden.
  • Je hebt je hart verloren aan rekrutering en selectie en wil daar ook duurzaam verder in aan de slag blijven.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met digitale marketing en krijgt een kick van LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Je bent een sterke multi-tasker die creatief denkt in oplossingen en ook zo communiceert.
  • Je hebt voldoende kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels om op een professionele manier interviews af te nemen.
  • Je bent resultaatsgericht, zelfstandig en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je houdt van een organisatie in volle ontwikkeling en hebt veel goesting om deze mee op te bouwen.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld, weet van aanpakken en neemt graag initiatief.
